We’ll guide you through inspiring, fire-driven cooking fundamentals that light up your culinary creativity. Expect a sizzling mix of basic butchery, grilling, smoking, and flame-fueled fun. On the menu: spatchcock chicken, smoked and grilled wings, smoked hot links, pork steak, and dry-aged tomahawks, all paired with a delicious selection of sides, marinades, and sauces.
